I found coffee paradise. My new favorite coffee city is Auckland, New Zealand. And it wasn't just one cafe that served me the perfect brew; every coffee house had excellent espresso-based creations.
I always liked a coffee - morning, noon, and night. A cup of tea was fine but not at night (it keeps me awake)! Whether an instant coffee or one brewed at a local cafe, it would do.
No one bothers to learn how to do latte art unless they have a deep and abiding appreciation for espresso. So it was that the latte made by the barista, Mark Christman, was one of the best lattes I'd ever tasted.
