Michael is a craft roaster in Cincinnati, Ohio and founder of The Coffee
Underground, specialty roaster in Cincinnati. Michael got his start
roasting for family and friends using a small hot air roaster in his
basement in 1999 (hence the name The Coffee Underground). After 11 years in Information Technology for a large Cincinnati based consumer goods company, Michael left in May of 2000 to roast "full time". Michael's website is www.coffeeunderground.com.
